It’s powered by a 4.6 V8/305 HP that was hand-built with COBRA pride by SVT’s David Campbell and Jim Adams. They even signed their names on the right front valve cover as received from the Ford factory. The engine is mated to a silky smooth 5-speed Borg-Warner manual transmission. Factory stock 0-60 in 5.9 secs and ¼ mile at 101.6 mph. It is equipped with stock aluminum wheels, leather sport seats and an adjustable steering wheel to ensure a comfortable driving experience. It is well optioned with cruise control, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, power seat, rear window defogger, factory air conditioning, AM/FM CD stereo radio, and rear spoiler. This Mustang Cobra is exhilarating, comfortable and never tiring to drive whether to the local food market, across town or across the nation. The very pleasing and powerful exhaust note is greatly enhanced by a Bassini low-back pressure cat-back stainless- steel exhaust system (only modification).
